The Southeastern Newfoundland Club is a regional club affiliated and recognized by our parent club The Newfoundland Club of America. Our membership area includes Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

SENC is very active in Newfoundland rescue. We are ready to help any Newfoundland in need. If you know of a Newf in need, are interested in adopting or would like more information on how you can help please visit our rescue section.

SENC Rescue is in dire need of foster homes and volunteers. If you can't foster a Newf, there are additional ways you can help. Please contact Deb Crowl the rescue chair today!

AWARDS PRESENTATION and ANNUAL MEETING
Held in conjunction with the Supported Entry

On Saturday, Feb.20, 2010, the awards presentation, dinner and SENC Annual Meeting will be at Stax's Grill where we will have use of a private dining room.  For those members who attended last year's meeting/awards, this is the same mid-price restaurant.  The address is 850 Woods Crossing Road Greenville, SC and the phone is (864) 288-5546.  We have selected the fixed price banquet Menu A which includes: entree (Filet Mignon, Baked Crab Christo, Broiled Fresh Fish, or Chicken Plaka), fresh salad, baked potato, homemade bread, and beverage.  The cost of the meal is $27.20 + 20% gratuity + 8% sales tax.  Each person attending will be responsible for his or her own bill.

Awards begin at 6:00 P.M. with a power point presentation followed with presentations of this year's award recipients, then dinner and the SENC annual meeting.  We hope to see you all there!

A block of rooms has been set aside for the SENC at the La Quinta Inn and Suites Haywood (65 W. Orchard Park Drive, Greenville, SC) for the evenings of Thursday, February 18^th; Friday; February 19^th; and Saturday February 20th at a group rate of $59.00 per night + tax.  The rooms will be held until January 28, 2010, so make reservations early.       Draft Test      

The Southeastern Newfoundland Club has been granted permission to hold an NCA Draft Test by the Working Dog Committee of the Newfoundland Club of America.  The test will take place on March 13^th and 14^th, 2010 at Wills Park Equestrian Center in Alpharetta, GA.  The first allowable Postmark date is February 10, 2010.  For more information and to view the premium, click here.  If you still have questions or would like to help, please contact Eric Mayer at eric@teamroxy.com
